Elena Marié Satine is a Georgian-American actress and singer. She is best known for her work on such television series as "Revenge", "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D", and "Magic City". She currently portrays Dreamer on FOX's The Gifted.

Biography Edit

Elena was born on November 24, 1988 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Her mother was an actress too, as well as an opera singer and former model. Her father worked in the textile industry. When she was five, Elena joined a Georgian pop group Nergebi, which was a Mickey Mouse Club-like ensemble of child performers. She toured throughout Eastern Europe. She would later branch off as this led to a solo career. At the age nine, she became the youngest performer to headline at the Kinotavr Festival after moving to Sochi when she was seven.

When she was ten, Elena audition for Professional Performing Arts School, and was so well received that she earned her admission on the spot. Satine then moved to New York, where she graduated from PPAS at the age of sixteen. She continued her studies after graduating, following four years of study at the Moscow Art Theatre School in Russia, she received a Diploma of Specialist in Acting Art, and went on to do several international fellowships at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, England.

her television career began with a one episode appearance of "Cold Case", where she portrayed an immigrant Russian singer. She has gone on to appear in many television series since, such as "Timeless", "Twin Peaks", "HitRECord on TV", and the popular CW hit tv show, "Smallville".
